Instructions

Heat Water to 180 degrees farenheit
Add 4 grams of yerba mate per cup of water
Wet yerba mate with 3 tablespoos of cool water
Add 1 cup hot water for each 4 grams of yerba mate
Stir well and steep for 5 minutes. Steep up to 8 minutes to increase strength.
After steeping, press down the plunger slowly to filter out the yerba mate leaves. Pour your mate into a cup.
Drink it straight, or add sugar, lemon, or herbs like mint for flavor if you prefer.
